Payment schedule
10% on booking - This is a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking (5% for 2 weeks). This will be used to pay for the food and drink which will be bought for your arrival and will also cover telephone calls, heating of the swimming pool and any damages during your stay. A refund will be made at the end of your stay.
20% at 6 months prior to departure - This deposit is refundable subject to the cancellation charges below. Guests are advised to book their flights early as Sunday flights in peak season tend to get booked up very quickly.
80% at 8 weeks prior to departure - This payment is subject to the cancellation charges below.
Cancellation charges
42 - 28 days prior to departure - 60% of villa rental
27 - 15 days prior to departure - 80% of villa rental
Between 14 days and departure date - 100% of villa rental |
